Hokkei also artistically known as Aoigazono (葵園), Aoigaoka (葵岡) and Kyōsai (拱斎), was a Japanese artist Hokusai's gifted student, specialist in the ukiyo-e style.His engravings, book illustrations and paintings are numerous.
